The Merchant Administration System provides merchants with the ability to do the following:

• Search for transactions between two dates
• Deferring payment acceptance by marking transactions as 'ON HOLD', this will prevent transactions being settled
• Void transactions before they are settled, this transaction will not be settled.
• Release deferred transactions or 'ON HOLD' transactions which will then instruct us to settle this transaction
• Refund transactions
• Make an original credit (specific to the gaming sector)
• Download the transaction report in a range of formats
• View Net Totals
• View transaction validation results and payment response codes.
