HR podcast: developing a growth-focused high-performance culture

27.10.2020

Cashflows’ story in 2020 has been one of growth and change. We’ve begun implementing exciting plans to further enhance our best-in-class tech offering with functionality like Cashflows Go and cardholder present.

We’ve also delivered a dynamic rebrand centred around a new set of values aimed at making payments simpler, faster and crucially giving more control to those businesses who rely on digital channels to trade.

But perhaps most important of all, we’ve embarked on a year of nurturing and growing our talented team, which is committed to creating a high-performance yet supportive workplace culture.

This very human aspect of our evolution is neatly captured in this Harrington Starr podcast, which forms part of leading tech recruitment specialist Nadia Edwards’ Talent Surgery series and features Cashflows’ head of HR Becca Garner.

During the interview, Becca eloquently talks through the five pillars of Cashflows’ HR strategy. This includes our brand proposition in terms of why we’re a great place to work and how we go about providing a superior onboarding experience for new joiners.

Becca then touches on how we’re developing a high-performance culture that equips people with the tools they need to be the best they can, alongside the space and autonomy to challenge and feedback on their experiences.

In the podcast, Becca also stresses the importance of getting the basics right before going on to explain Cashflows’ enviable reward and enviable reward and benefits offering, which is non-hierarchical and includes perks ranging from private healthcare and enhanced pensions to birthdays off.

If this sounds appealing and you’d like to know more, listen to the podcast here. A position with Cashflows will place you alongside some of the payment sector’s brightest and best, combining a stellar opportunity to learn and grow with world-class pay and perks. What’s not to like?
